Should I choose a hot tub or a swim spa?
Hot tubs are a great fit if your main goal is soaking, relaxation, and hydrotherapy. Swim spas are a better match if you want a multi-purpose setup for low-impact exercise, recovery, and family fun in one space.
Do you have plug-and-play models?
Yes. We carry 110v plug-and-play models, and some setups can be converted to 220v by a technician depending on what you need.
What works best for a rental cabin?
Durable, easy-to-maintain models and a simple water care routine. In our area of overnight cabin rentals, bromine is used nearly exclusively because it’s inexpensive and easy to keep at the right level with a floating dispenser.
Do you service hot tubs after the sale?
Yes. We’re a full-service store with in-house and mobile technicians, and a large inventory of parts and accessories. If it’s related to spas, we either have it or can get it.
Do you sell chemicals and supplies?
Yes. We stock sanitizers, clarifiers, cleaners, filters, and covers, and we’re happy to explain the basics of water chemistry so maintenance feels manageable.

Excellent service. If you need a spa part and can’t find it, go here: 9 times out of 10 they can get it. They can fix your noisy non-working motor instead of trying to push a new one on you first. There is an in-house tech and a mobile tech.
